Sujjain Talwar is a qualified Solicitor in India and England and Wales, has over 16 years of experience as a Corporate & Infrastructure lawyer and has worked extensively on private sector participation initiatives in various infrastructure sectors in India and internationally. Sujjain spent eight years in London. Now a partner at Economic Laws Practice (ELP) in India, Sujjain heads up the Corporate & Infrastructure team. Sujjain also serves on the Board of Directors of several Infrastructure companies in India, where he mainly represents the interests of the foreign investors. He provides guidance and focus to the infrastructure, project finance and corporate practice groups. Sujjain has, in the past, worked with Craword Bayley & Co., Mumbai, and Pinsent Masons (then known as Masons Solicitors), United Kingdom.
